Scientific Instruments Co. was founded in the Denver, CO, area in 1974
by a 15 year veteran of nuclear, industrial chemical, and aerospace
electronics. At that time his areas of responsibility had included: circuit
design, development, circuit board layout, production test, instrument
design, system integration, sensors, process control, computer design,
and programming. He holds degrees in electronics engineering and
accounting and has an extensive background in physics and engineering.
In addition to working with every imaginable electronic device from
vacuum tubes to surface mount semiconductors, he has also had
experience in fluidics and magnetics.

Scientific Instruments changed from a propriatorship to a corporation in
August, 2001.
